Year 4 Teacher
I began working at Eton Wick in 2016, after completing a Schools Direct teacher training programme where I gained both QTS and a PGCE.
I very much enjoy going on holiday and have experienced some amazing countries, but my favourite so far is Canada because of the beautiful scenery and the wild animals I saw when I was there including: a bear, wolves and whales. The scariest thing I have done was also in Canada, where I laid on the glass floor of the Calgary Tower which is 191m high and sways up to 16.5cm in bad weather.
I enjoy going to the gym and keeping fit, so this takes up a lot of my free time but if I were to squeeze in another hobby, I’d like to start diving so I can one day swim with sharks.
Everyone needs a good book in their life (classic teacher comment!) and a collection that I keep going back to are the Harry Potter books. I started reading them when I was in Primary School and I think they hold some nostalgic power over me!
