Lunches

We provide a hot lunch with a desert, which is cooked fresh on the premises by Caterlink each day. There are three daily choices including a meat, vegetarian and jacket potato option. Meals are provided on a 3 week rota.

All children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 (Key Stage 1) at state-funded schools in England automatically receive free school meals under the Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) scheme, regardless of household income. No application is required for this automatic entitlement, which aims to improve child nutrition, health, and well-being.

 

However, some children in Key Stage 2 are also eligible for free school meals. We take particular care to ensure that these children remain anonymous and all information is treated in strict confidence. If you feel that you may qualify for free school meals, please come and talk to our office team who can advise you if you qualify.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches may be brought to school, but the following items are not permitted; any nut items including Nutella, any glass containers, fizzy drinks and sweets.
